Frying and Grilling Oils

Richardson Oilseed produces multiple zero trans fat canola oils and canola-based blended oils specific to maximizing fry life and minimizing flavour transfers. Canola oil, with its healthier nutrition profile, neutral flavour profile, high stability and higher smoke point, makes it an ideal choice for frying applications. Our high oleic canola oil products offer greater stability than conventional canola oil and offer:

  • Less frequent oil changes – reduces employee labour, overall waste and oil removal costs.
  • Less polymerization and build-up results in cleaner fryers.
